Home Information Packs have now been suspended.

-Since 14th December 2007 every home that is put on the market, no matter what size, must have a Home Information Pack. It brings together valuable information at the start of the process – such as a sale statement, local searches and evidence of title – which could save you money, time and stress. The Pack also includes an Energy Performance Certificate that contains advice on how to cut CO2 emissions and fuel bills.-

-As an independent Home Information Pack Provider covering all of England and Wales we can help put a Pack together in the shortest possible timeframe. Once an order has been placed with us we will send you a confirmation email so that you can market your property straight away. This email can be forwarded or printed out and given to your estate agent as proof of your HIP instruction. The next step will be to arrange for one of our fully qualified energy assessors to visit your home and carry out an assesment. The energy assessor will contact you directly within 24 – 48 hours of the order being processed. The assessor will require approximately 45 minutes to gather the information required before compiling his report and generating the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). If you have provided us with a contact email address when placing the order you will receive a copy of your EPC as soon as it has been made available. We aim to be able to send the Energy Performance Certificate to you within 5 working days. -

-The next stage is to gather all of the other required components so that we can form the Home Information Pack. This information will consist of Standard searches, water and drainage searches and evidence of title. Additional information for leasehold and commonhold properties will also be required. Once all the components of the HIP have been obtained we will send you the completed Home Information Pack in an electronic format. This takes approximately 10 working days.- h2. Placing an Order.
